This was an article written about Idaho Sewing for Sports, Inc. as well as other companies dealing with fabric. It shows the success we can achieve as businesses when we realize our responsibility to our communities and employees are the most important thing we can focus on in business.
Since the interview for this article we have completed over 200 hours of community service as a company and are continuing to improve on that. Another great thing is we are very close to a large contract with a new customer. We have been working on prototypes and designs for a year now but it is now all coming together. We are currently holding interviews for an additional shift to handle the increase. We will be able to employ 10-16 more people in the next few months and double the revenue brought in from outside the community by our company. We are very excited for what this means for our small community and getting people back to work.
Manufacturing is leading the economic comeback charge. However, more importantly, it is a firm conviction by businesses and individuals to bless the lives of their employees and the community that will ultimately result in a huge boost to the United States and the world economic recovery. Thank you to everyone who is doing their part.
