Repairs: Please call us for a Return Authorization Number for any repairs you are sending in.

Tube Cover Repairs: Can only be made once in the life of the tube cover. Please measure your tube cover before sending them. If the diameter of your tube cover is less than 50” inside the webbing , it has already been recovered. In 2005, we started using yellow binding on the tube recovers making it easier to identify them. Please do not send any tube covers with yellow binding on them. It is expensive to ship items back to us and find out they have been repaired previously. Save those freight dollars for some new tube covers!

Two- Tone Chair Lift Seat Pads:  A light tan or gray color that helps those who ride the lift in the summer stay cooler and reverses to either our exclusive Linen Embossed or Is-Tex material for winter use.

Groomers: Do you have groomers parked out in the hot summer sun or under trees with birds in them? Our groomer and track covers are an excellent way to protect your investment in a very expensive piece of equipment. Made from a high quality breathable, water resistant canvas with an excellent UVR rating. Hemmed with 1.5” polypropylene webbing and our #3 grommets in each corner. We even include the bungees.

Protective Seat Covers: Are your seat pads out on your lift year round? We also manufacture seat covers to protect your chair pad investment. Keep your seat pads looking great for years to come. Protect them from the wonderful birds of prey who find your chair lift seats the finest table in the house around supper time. Made of vinyl material with either hook and loop or bungee attachments to wrap around and fasten over the top of your existing seat pads.

Annual Early Order Discount Program

April starts our annual discount program.  10% discount on your orders for the 2010/2011 ski and tubing season.  We hope you recieved our Spring Newsletter with details on the discount program and the new Short Stopz for tubing hills.  If you have not seen the mailout then here are the details of the DISCOUNT PROGRAM…

All orders will receive a discount from 10% to 5% depending on the date of the order.  Get the orders in early to take advantage of the full 10% discount.

• April 1st to June 1st = 10% discount
• June 2nd to July 5th = 7% discount
• July 6th to September 1st = 5% discount

Please remember that we require 50% down at the time of your order and the balance net 30 after shipment on approved credit.   Late payments will result in loss of discount and delayed production of your order.

NOTE to the tubing hills, get those recovers you want done in by JUNE, and all orders for FAMILY TUBES need to be in by September 1st.
