Idaho Sewing is a U.S. based manufacturer of all types of padding,  especially for ALL BRANDS of chair lift seat pads.   But when it comes to a proper fit for your chair lift, remember that one size or design does not fit all.

For example, a Yan double will not fit a Poma correctly.

That’s why at Idaho Sewing, we don’t stock seat pads. We want to ensure your satisfaction when we ship seat pads so that every chair lift gets a seat pad that fits.   Of the hundreds of patterns we stock for all the varied seat pad configurations, we’re sure we have a design to fit your lift correctly. If we do not, we will design a custom seat pad pattern for your lift, FREE OF CHARGE!

Why Go Rodless?

  • High impact plastic allows seat to pull evenly while reinforcing grommets.

  • No more rusted messy metal.

  • No more fiberglass rods pulled out of your seats.

  • Rodless seat pads provide a longer lasting solution to the old seat pad designs.

In the past, we used metal rods in our seat pad design.  But then we learned that they would rust and work their way through the material. The rods were pulled out by ski lift customers, and dropped to the ground.

When we switched to fiberglass rods, they didn’t rust, but were removed just like the metal rods.  That’s when we came up with our Rodless Design.   By sliding a piece of high impact plastic into the seat, we discovered the grommets could be installed right through the plastic. Our exclusive Rodless Design allows the seat to pull evenly without any removable parts.

If you haven’t tried our Rodless Seat Pads, you don’t know what your missing!  Ask for them on your next order!

Don’t forget to order your back pads!   Pamper your guests with the best SEAT and BACK PADS in the industry!

Two Toned Seat Pads

Two Toned Seat PadsDoes your ski resort offer summer activities?

Do your guests complain about how HOT the seats get in the summer sun?

We’ve got the solution!

Now you can keep your seats cooler in the summer sun with our Two Tone Seat Pads!

One side of the seat pad is made with an 18 ounce tan vinyl material that stays cool in the summer heat.  The other side is made from your choice of  our exclusive linen embossed or I-S Tex materials.

One seat pad can be used for two different seasonal needs, cutting costs.   PLUS, your guests are more comfortable in the summer with the cool tan side while winter ski resort guests use the same seat, different side, with a durable textured material.

You can understand now why our Two Toned Seat Pads have become more and more popular among ski resorts worldwide.
